Principal researcher in the founding team in Brazil. Strategic research to support the launch process, working together with Operations, Product, Growth, Data, and Business teams. Insights from research on consumer/user behavior have supported business positioning.

Involvement & experiences: Quantitative (survey programming, data processing, statistical analysis) and qualitative research (usability testings, user interviews, netnography) on the behavior of consumers/users.

Clipping: Revolut launch in Brazil

Strategic research to support Product, Marketing, Data, and Business teams. Insights from research on consumer/user behavior and profile have supported will bank's 2022 Marketing campaign. Research on entrepreneurial women customers brought importance to the topic and gained media attention.

Involvement & experiences: Quantitative (survey programming, data processing, statistical analysis) and qualitative research (ethnographic immersion, contextual inquiry, user interviews) on the behavior and profile of consumers/users. Producing insights through the database with the autonomy to perform queries (SQL)  and analyze data (basic knowledge in R and Python languages).

Clipping: marketing campaign - will bank 2022; entrepreneurial women customers

Generative and strategic research for the launch of Avenue Banking to more than 300,000 users, supporting the Design and Marketing team. I worked closely with strategic decisions bringing insights from the database and users. The product sought to internationalize the finances of Brazilians through an overseas banking account and US banking services.

As the conclusion project of Mergo's UX Design course, we carried out the whole process of creating solutions for the practice of physical exercises during the COVID-19 quarantine. From the problem discovery to the ideation of a digital product, we conducted quali and quanti research.

Comparative Covid Response: Crisis, Knowledge, Policy (CompCoRe) is a comparative study of national responses to the COVID-19 pandemic from a science and technology studies (STS) perspective. Led by Stephen Hilgartner (Cornell University) and Sheila Jasanoff (Harvard University), the core research team comprises researchers from five continents and sixteen countries.

The MCTI Covid-19 Humanities Network produces qualitative research that analyzes the impact of Covid-19 among health professionals and vulnerable groups in situations of social isolation. Its goal is to subsidize actions in the response to the pandemic in Brazil, which considers in a multiple and situated way its scientific, technological, social, political, historical, and cultural implications.

In a context strongly characterized by climate change and the uncertainty resulting from it, and with significant trends towards changes in the dynamics of the water regime, there is a pressing need to advance knowledge and innovation associated with the adoption of flexible measures for the adaptive management of water and the implementation of environmental governance in an integrated, decentralized, and interdependent perspective.

The provisioning of food, water, and energy services in urban areas involves infrastructures and resource flows which are heavily dependent on each other and on the natural environment. This interdependence (synergies and trade-offs) is increasingly conceptualized as the urban Nexus.

The project Global Environmental Change: Environmental Policies in China with Reference to Brazil investigated the trajectory through which the Brazil-China axis has internalized the environmental issue, especially regarding climate topics, analyzing primarily two social spheres fundamentally present in this process: the government and the scientific community.

The key question for the project Urban Growth, Vulnerability, and Adaptation: Social and Ecological Dimensions of Climate Change on the Coast of São Paulo was how demographic and social dynamics interact with the ecological dynamics of forest cover to produce a region of high environmental vulnerability in a context of global climate change on the coast of São Paulo, Brazil.
